This is a workshops planned by the Working Group on Microfoundations of Civil War for the period 2003-2012. It will be chaired by Jon Elster and is tentatively scheduled for 2008.
The workshop will focus partly on belief formation in strategic contexts, partly on the role of rumours and conspiracy theories.
