​​​INDWORLD is a project under the longstanding institutional cooperation between the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA) in Delhi and the Peace Research Institute Oslo.

Prior research has found robust support for a relationship between gender inequality and increased risk of violent armed conflict on the country-level.

​​This project  analyses the premises and operational initiatives of governance initiatives in conflict transformation processes through a combination of fieldwork, statistical analysis and theory development.
