​​​​Ceri Oeppen is currently Lecturer of Human Geography at the University of Sussex. She was a Visiting Researcher at PRIO in 2012 and was appointed a PRIO Global Fellow in 2014. She is also involved in the ongoing PRIO research project on return migration, PREMIG.
