The AsiaPeace project was successfully launched in August 2023. The team from Norway, Pakistan and Afghanistan gathered in London to discuss project objectives, research questions, methodology and outputs.  Two days of productive discussions officially mark the start of this three year project that will study the dual role of China as a development actor and a conflict mediator in neighbouring Pakistan and Afghanistan.
