The summer 1985 Gloria Rosa-Wendelboe worked as Research Assistant for Kumar Rupesinghe, preparing an extended bibliography for the project «Ethnic Conflict, Human Rights and Early Warning Systems» and developing the database for the «Sri Lanka Human Rights Project».

In the period January 1986-January 1987 she worked as Seminar Coordinator at PRIO, and assisted with the preparations for the graduate level Summer School course in «International Development» at the University of Oslo.
