Stein Tønnesson thinks it has been a blessing for Koreans to have Donald Trump in the White House, since he has allowed South and North Korea to approach each other. He does not think North Korea will give up its nuclear weapons entirely but also thinks there is now way back to crisis and new sanctions - unless there is a political backlash against President Moon Jae-in in South Korea.
