Dr. Smruti S. Pattanaik is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA). She stayed at PRIO as a visiting scholar from 15 September - 15 October 2011 as a part of our joint project on ‘Security in South Asia’ under the IDSA-PRIO institutional cooperation.
