Friday 13 February 2004, the various parties involved in the Cyprus conflict agreed to resume negotiations, and they accepted the UN conditions for the talks. These negotiations will eventually lead up to a referendum in which Greek and Turkish Cypriots will decide whether or not to accept the Annan Plan.
