PRIO's Ethics, Norms, and Identities Programme will host a workshop on the 'Right of Intervention'. This is part of PRIO's participation in an EU-funded research and training network on Applied Global Justice. The workshop will bring together scholars from more than ten different European research centres, who will discuss military intervention from ethical and legal perspectives. Presenters include Michael Bothe (Goethe University, Frankfurt), David Rodin (Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics at Oxford University), Christopher Daase (University of Kent at Canterbury and Brussels School of International Studies), Luc Foisneau (Centre National de Recherche Scientifique, Paris, and Oxford University), Jean-Christophe Merle (University of Saarland) and Gregory Reichberg (PRIO). The workshop will be held at the Freedom of Expression Foundation (Fritt Ord), Uranienborgveien 2 0258 Oslo.
