Hege Cecilie Barker successfully defended her dissertation at the University of Bradford 17th March. The dissertation is entitled "Conflict prevention and anti-terrorism: An exploration of multilateral alternatives to the war on terror with special reference to the roles of the UN and the OSCE" .
