The 'Brochmann Commission' - headed by Professor Grete Brochmann, has included PRIO's Research Professor at PRIO Cindy Horst. The commission handed in it's recommendations on the long-term consequences of immigration to Norway in the form of an 'NOU' to the Norwegian governement this week. Several Norwegian newspapers have run articles on the commission's conclusions, leading to heated debates.
