Yoshiharu Wakabayashi is part of the NORM and AsiaPeace Project as a research assistant. He has a BA in International Relations from the University of Essex and a Masters in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute in Geneva. Prior to joining PRIO, he has worked for UN organizations based in Geneva.
