Rodrigo is a Master’s student in Peace, Security and Development Studies at the University of Coimbra, currently conducting a research stay at PRIO. His research examines how emerging technologies, particularly generative AI and large language models, are reshaping political narratives, collective memory, and security practices in the context of international conflict.

Rodrigo’s interests lie broadly at the intersection of international security, political technology, and critical approaches to International Relations.
