Time: Tuesday, 24 September 2019 09:00-16:00
Place:

Governing and experiencing citizenship in Multicultural Scandinavia

What are the relationships between policies and laws on citizenship and experiences of belonging, recognition and sense of community? The Governing and Experiencing Citizenship in Multicultural Scandinavia (GOVCIT) project has studied relationships between citizenship and integration, by examining policies, lived experiences and interactions between them. During the final conference, the research team will present key insights and findings from the project. The GOVCIT insights will be put into dialogue with reflections on Solidarity in Diverse Societies which Will Kymlicka will discuss in his key note presentation.
