Background
Monica Toft is Professor of Government and Public Policy at Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. Prior to taking up this post, she was Associate Professor of Public Policy at Harvard. She was a Visiting Researcher at PRIO in 2010 and was appointed a PRIO Global Fellow in 2014.
