The 5th ELIAMEP – ACG Summer Academy, “Leadership Beyond Boundaries: Empowering the Next Generation of Mediterranean Leaders”, organized jointly by the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) and the Institute of Global Affairs (IGA) of the American College of Greece will take place in July 2025 at the International Olympic Academy, in Ancient Olympia.
The Summer Academy is a transnational educational program that brings together young high-potential representatives from the Mediterranean region and Europe. Distinguished academics, diplomats, policy makers, business leaders, and experienced journalists assist the participants in analysing and better understanding the challenges that emanate from the current global and regional geoeconomic and geopolitical shifts. Designed as a hands-on educational activity, the Academy works on developing participants’ leadership skills, with emphasis on conflict management and negotiation and communication techniques. The Academy aims at broadening the participants’ perspective, as well as enhancing their professional network.
