Tre myter og en begrensning om likestilling og totalforsvar

This article argues that one crucial piece of the puzzle is missing from current efforts to strengthen Nordic total defense: gender equality. While gender equality is taken into account in various parts of the total defense system, stronger leadership and cross-sectoral coordination are needed to ensure that it is addressed systematically throughout the entire system. The article goes on to challenge three myths and highlight one key limitation that are currently restricting our ability to make further progress in this area.
