This seminar will discuss the role of small states, such as Norway, in larger coalitions who provide security force assistance to militaries in fragile states. What are the objectives for small states to contribute to security force assistance through coalitions? What role does doctrine and mandates play at the strategic, tactical and operational level? And how do we measure impact on ground? These are some of the questions that will be asked and discussed in our panel.
