Building on 20 Years of Women, Peace and Security: The Norwegian National Commemoration of UN Security Council Resolution 1325

​The Norwegian national commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security (UNSCR 1325) will take place on 9 November. The event is co-organised by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with the Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Research (University of Oslo), FOKUS – Forum for Women and Development, and the PRIO Centre on Gender, Peace and Security.

What are the major achievements and challenges ahead?
